1、 Detection and diagnosis of defects in water wall of blast furnace lining
Some thermal imagers can be used to detect the surface of blast furnace and analyze the temperature distribution of the obtained thermal images. If there is no cooler, the lining defects can be directly judged by the different changes of furnace surface temperature. If the specific temperature of a certain part continues to rise, it can be considered that the furnace lining has been damaged and eroded; for the part with cooler, the surface temperature distribution can be analyzed according to the heat map, and the position with relative temperature rise can be found out to judge the damage of cooling wall or furnace lining defect.
2、 Diagnosis of blast furnace lump
It is a direct and quick method to detect the blast furnace lump by infrared thermography. First of all, the detection surface is divided into areas for detection, and the temperature distribution of each small piece of furnace skin is recorded. By comprehensive analysis of the low-temperature areas of each layer, the nodulation and the location of the nodules can be preliminarily diagnosed.
3、 Hot blast stove
Using infrared thermal imager to detect the hot blast stove is generally divided into two parts, one is the furnace body, the other is the furnace top, and pay attention to the detection of the joint between the ball top and the column body. According to the abnormal part of high temperature on the thermal image, the defects in the lining of the high temperature corresponding part can be diagnosed immediately. The higher the temperature is, the more serious the corresponding defects are.
